'Scratch and Dent Return' units may be brand new, displays, or slightly used and may contain slight cosmetic damage. Click on the picture of the appliance to view 'condition'. The picture you see is the actual unit you will receive.
Appliances are sold 'as is' with a 1 year parts and labor warranty when you pay our regular sales price in red. Appliances sold with the 'Dealers Discount' are sold 'as is'; no warranty.

You are buying liquidation product therefore we will not be responsible for missing accessories such as: kickplates/guards, feet on bottoms of units, plastic hing covers, water filters/hoses, dryer shoe racks, manuals, etc. Manuals may be downloaded free off the manufactures websites. Accessory items may be purchased by local technicians in your area or from the manufacturer. We try to disclose as much information as possible on each appliance we sell.**
No Cash Refunds or Exhanges are allowed once purchased and we charge a 15% 'restock' fee for cancelled orders that have not shipped out or been picked up.
If an Appliance with warranty is shipped and received 'defective' then Nino's Trading has the option to pay to have the unit fixed or have the unit returned. Once received Nino's Trading will decide to fix the unit or refund the customer's money. Should Nino's fix the unit then Nino's Trading will pay for shipping back to customer. Should a refund take place then customer will be refunded the cost of the unit only; No shipping or install fees will be refunded.
