Do appliances come with the manufacturer's original warranty?

Yes, all appliances are either new in box or open box items that could have cosmetic blemishes, but all appliances are new units and come with a 1 year warranty..

Do TVs come with the manufacturer's original warranty?

Because we purchase liquidated product, we cannot guarantee that the TVs still have factory warranty, which is why we offer the options to purchase extended warranties if you prefer to have protection beyond 30 days. The average defect rate on all of the TVs that we sell is as low as 5%, which is even better than new in box product!

Do you offer delivery and installation services?

Yes. Both our Northwest Arkansas and Central Arkansas locations offer 3rd party local delivery services. Fees depend on the type of merchandise and distance of delivery. Please call the office nearest to you for rate quotes.

Are you open to the public, and is any type of membership required?

Yes, we are open to the public Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm. No special membership is required to purchase from us.

Do prices include sales tax?

No, local sales tax rates will be charged in addition to the sales price. We are legally REQUIRED to collect this sales tax unless you have a valid Sales and Use Tax Permit on file with us that (1) shows your state seal and (2) states that you are purchasing our merchandise with the intent to resell it.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges and store credits only.

Is layaway or financing available?

We currently do not offer layaway or financing options.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, & Discover). We do NOT accept checks of any kind.
