Dries well but the buzzer when clothes are finished is so loud the neighbors complain. No way to turn down. I even had a serviceman look at it.

I have had problems with this dryer since the date I purchased it. It does not get hot and stop turning off which is very dangerous. It is cheap in price and cheap in Quality.

I've had my dryer for around a year now, & I can honestly say I wish I'd have went with a different dryer, for sure.. Yes it's still working & everything (as of right now). But it already makes a strange sound everytime it's running, & the buzzer noise it makes to let you know when your laundry is done, is literally the most annoying/extremely loud alarm on a dryer that I've ever heard!

I bought my dryer from lewie™™s appliance after my old one went out on me for the second time. So far I haven™™t had any problems with my new dryer. It gets the job done and it also created a little more space in my laundry room. I love it!!

Damaged. Washer was shaking and knocking about. I had a local appliance guy check it. Leaking transmission fluid draining into reservoir causing other problems. Tub was damaged. I have purchased a new washer. I should get a refund!!!

Bought 3.5 years ago. Had to replace the heating coil less than a year after purchased. When taken apart it was shown that coils were bent during assembly causing them to short. 3 years later, we find that during assembly, screws were used to hold the snap bearings in the upper bearing housing. This scarred the drum, and ruined the upper bearing housing.... it will cost more than its worth to fix. What a ripoff.

Our previous dryer was barely hanging on! Grabbed this one and so far it has been working wonderfully. I™™d say the alarm/buzzer sound when done is a little obnoxious, but overall a great and reliable product so far without the annoying bells and whistles of higher tech models out there!!! Would buy again!

Heat is too high and cannot regulate it.

I actually purchase a Maytag first. The delivery was botched so I canceled that one and found this Hotpoint. I am VERY happy things went that way. The only negative with this dryer is the buzzer at the end of the dry cycle. Other that that, I love it. Drys quickly and is very efficient.
