We were greeted right away and shown a large selection of inventory. We got a brand new fridge that was open box with a small ding for almost a thousand less than we were quoted at other places! All staff members were kind and knowledgeable and did not make us feel pressured to buy. They use a third party delivery service that was also great! He showed up right when he said he would, set up everything, and answered any questions we had. Overall, the experience at Nino's was great and I'm thankful for finding this business!!

Very easy process. I went in looking for a full set and I got what I needed. Their prices are very good. They are brand new but discounted because there's a scratch or a small dent. They also come with warranty so extra plus. They will deliver as well if your within x amount of miles which is great. I got a stove, washer, dryer and fridge all for just under $1900. Staff was very helpful as they showed me around and answered all my questions. They have a large selection to choose from too. Will 100% recommend them.

They did really good. Had exactly what I was looking for , for my wife. Dishwasher with 3rd row for silverware. They keeping eye out for a fridge for me now. Also they were tv 4 less. They have very good prices. A 75 inch LG for 550. That's a really good price compared to like 1k at sams.

We are very satisfied with our purchase from Ninos. Our fridge broke over the weekend and they had a great selection at very reasonable prices. Landon helped us find the right one and helped save us some money when comparing different models. They are VERY transparent about what scratches and dents are on the appliances. They don’t get paid commission , so they are always looking out for your best interest. Their 1 year warranty is great and their extended warranties are fairly priced. We will not buy appliances from anywhere else!

My husband and I had never been to Nino's before but we were in desperate need of a washer. And with very little money, it was hard to find something. But Nino's has an amazing supply of appliances at below market value and all because of a few surface scratches. We found a great washer with a 4 year warranty much cheaper than anywhere else for just the washer and no warranty. If you are looking for washers, dryers, stoves, TV's, or refrigerators at a great price, look no further than Nino's! 😁

I was not physically able to go to the store to select a refrigerator. I called, spoke to Landen and explained that I would like to be able to shop by phone. He was very helpful and understanding. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me a selection that was available. I picked one, completed transaction by phone and that was it. Easy peasy!! I so appreciated Landens help since I’m not able to get around. Would highly recommend doing business with Nino’s.

In March of 24 my dryer went out. We went. To all the big box stores, then Nino's. Found a top of the line Electrolux dryer for half of the others. WARNING. It had some scratches on the front control panel. (I'll be so ashamed when guests see it 😳) July 24, my refrigerator dies. Back up to Nino's, then the big box stores and back to Nino's. Found an LG dual icemaker fridge for 1295, 28 ft. The other guys had it on sale for 1895 from 3000. WARNING. It had a dent in the exact place my grandson's drawing was going. 45 to hook it up and 15 to haul off the old one. I won't go anywhere else for appliances. Edit. The guys who work there and delivered were top notch!!! Seriously, you cannot beat this place.

Holy cow, Nino's Trading Is awesome. You don't get overwhelmed with stuff. If you see it they have it. If your looking for some they don't have give it a couple weeks it's likely they will get it in. The prices are great. The employees are even better. Very knowledgeable on what they have and work hard to answer your questions. If you have heard of Nino's Trading you need to look them up and go check them out. From microwaves to freezers to smart 4k televisions(35" to 70"). If you leave there not satisfied is your fault and not thiers they will work hard for you.

Kendrick wasn’t available immediately , but let us browse abut then joined us to answer any questions we had. We were originally looking for a kitchen aide refrigerator but he led us to a new LG side by side that was much more suitable for our needs. He listened to our needs. My husband and I have been looking for an upright freezer. We didn’t want to brake the bank either, that would only made it longer before we could fill it with harvests season right around the corner space is important. Then we came across a post on Facebook NINO’S TRADING CO. We talked about the pros and cons of each one. After the awesome salesperson gave me the model #. Then we made our choice. Call to pay for it and LOVED THE SECURITY POLICY’S THEY HAVE IN PLACE for C.C. PAYMENT… (it’s not just a sale it’s responsible salesmanship that protects all of us)! Soooo… then we got there and in true opps fashion, we liked a different freezer. Your salesman MARCUS was so kind and helpful he fixed it all NO EXTRA CHARGE! The staff was great they loaded the freezer for us. The whole experience was great and we got a brand new freezer that was in exceptional conditions and works great… HUGE THANK YOU FROM OUR FAMILY TO ALL OF YOURS!!!!

Purchased a brand new dryer from Ninos. When I got home to install out of the box there was damage on the side of the unit. The next day Marcus contacted me before they even opened to correct the issue. When I arrived with the damaged unit. Key and Don pulled the damaged one out of the back of my truck. Showed me the new one that wasn’t damaged and then loaded the new one in my truck without me having to do anything but show up. Marcus and his team provided excellent customer service to meet my expectations. Definitely recommend buying appliances from here if you’re looking to save money and receive great customer service.

We just bought a new home and we’re looking for almost everything….All I have to say is , if you are looking for a new TV, Refrigerator, Freezer, Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher go to Lowe’s and Home Depot price what your looking for, then go to Nino’s, I will garentee you can not beat there prices. As soon as we walked in the door someone greeted us, and showed us everything we were looking for, and again the prices were better than we had seen all day and better than online prices. Please do yourself a favor and go by and visit them.

I repair appliances and go here every once in a while to see what they've got and this last visit I found a dishwasher for cheaper than the parts I was going to have to order to fix my current one. I liked the look of this one better than my current one also so it was an easy decision. It was a great price and works perfect. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend you have a look at what they've got.

Customer service is 100. I bought a 50in tv and the guy name KE was very helpful and explain to me how the warranty and everything go. KE also put the tv in the truck for me. After all this my truck wouldn't start KE and his crew tried they best to get me going. Unfortunately, I had to call the tow truck why I'm waiting they offer me water and they was checking on me. So,with all that saying they the best.

Love our new fridge that was delivered yesterday and want to commend the guys that handled our delivery. They were very efficient while being kind and careful. Sadly, these qualities are rare these days. We took a bit of time to research the fridge we wanted and were pleasantly surprised with the overall service provided making our first purchase here . I love Ninos. We just bought an refrigerator from them this past Friday 01/19/2023 and it was a very good experience. The lady, I think her name is Savannah, was so sweet and helpful. There two others guys that helped us as well but I don't remember their names but they were so nice and helpful. When we went to pickup the refrigerator the two that helped load it onto my truck was very safe and very careful. The guy who finished help loading it was very nice and careful as well. We appreciate every employee that works at Nino's and much respect to them. I will recommend this place over and over. Thank you Nino's so much! The refrigerator works great. Their appliances are good ones and they have good prices. We love our new refrigerator. We haven't had a problem.

We had the best experience here this past week. Our old refrigerator went out and we originally went to a big name store but found out they do not carry appliances in stock so we would have to order it, well it was new Years and we needed it ASAP as it had already been about a week since our other went out. All I can say is phenomenal service and VERY well priced items. Everyone up there was so helpful and energetic. I am so In love with my new refrigerator. Thank you Ninos for being honest and loyal to your people. We will absolutely be back and have already recommended so many people to you. Keep up the great work.

I had never heard of Nino’s Trading Co. until I mentioned to a friend I wanted to get my husband, a new TV for Christmas. I reached out to Ninos’s via text message and was connected to Emma, who wS very knowledgeable & answered all my questions before ever stepping foot in the store. When I arrived at the store Emma was very cheerful & had a great personality. She was such a pleasure to work with! She showed me a couple different TV’s that we had discussed & the entire process maybe took 15 minutes! I wasn't able to take my purchase home that day & Nino’s was more then happy to hold it for me. I had asked my son to pick it up for me & unfortunately it was raining here in NWA. My son wanted to see if it would fit into his van so it wouldn’t get wet so I texted Emma for the box dimensions. She quickly got back to me and even offered to wrap it in plastic so it would stay dry!!! WOW! The entire process from purchase to pick up was SO hassle-free! I highly recommend if you’re looking for any appliances or TV’s that you check out Ninos! You will not be disappointed!!

My visit was great,service was excellent, I don't know the name of the associate that helped me in making my choice but she was very kind very helpful,I give her 5 stars. She walked back and forth with me and I made my decision and I now have a very nice Lg refrigerator with 2 ice makers thanks to her pointing that out to me and I'm amble to turn one off if I need the space in my freezer,she was very courteous and very knowledgeable about explaining to me about the refrigerator. The gentleman who entered my information and explained to me my financing options was great. I definitely would recommend if you want or need new appliances I recommend you definitely make a stop at Nino's Trading, everything is in order the store is well organized and clean, name brand appliances,I don't believe the prices can or will be matched. I will definitely make my next appliance purchase from Nino's. Thanks

We’ve purchased from Nino’s before, and feel everyday like we made the right purchase. Today, we purchased a washing machine and really appreciated the high-flying and friendly assistance we received from Christian. He answered questions we had, and believe it or not, it was even refreshing for me when I had a question and he said he didn’t know. I appreciated the honesty. We hope that the machine will do a good job, last a long time, and that we’ll still feel happy about the purchase, down the road— only time (and many laundry loads:) will tell.
